OPI Katy Perry


So awhile ago I heard about this new nail polish that OPI **my favorite brand of polish** was going to put out under its "Katy Perry" collection... basically it is a black top coat that creates a pretty unique look.








AWESOME! RIGHT??

    Oooo I want Black Shatter so badly! But it's so hard to find in stores because it's always sold out - lucky you!
